My advice
What the numbers don't say about Koh Lipe
Koh Lipe is really a dry-season island: from November to April boats run every day from Pak Bara and Langkawi, and the water is clear. From May to October the southwest monsoon cuts some ferry routes, many resorts close and the sea gets rough. The figures here are those of Satun, the nearest official station on the mainland.
