What is stored in your browser

To remember your choices, the site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies): the itinerary you build, your quiz answers, your packing list, your display preferences and whether you closed a prompt.

This data stays on your device. It is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed.

We measure audience with Umami, a cookie-free tool that stores no personal data and does not follow you across sites. It counts page views and clicks on partner links (which partner, which placement), without identifying you.

Partner links

Partner links go through a redirect on our own domain (/go/…). It records only the link placement and sends you on to the partner; it sets no cookie and stores no personal data.

Once you are on a partner's site (12Go, Trip.com, GetYourGuide, an insurer, Wise, Revolut, Airalo), that partner may set its own cookies, notably to attribute the booking to us. Its own privacy policy and cookie choices then apply.

Technical logs

Like any website, our host processes technical data needed to serve pages (IP address, browser type, requested page) in server logs kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Third-party content

Some elements are loaded from third-party services: photos from Wikimedia Commons (Wikimedia Foundation) and Unsplash, and map tiles from Esri (ArcGIS). When your browser loads them, these services receive your IP address, as with any web request. Their own privacy policies apply.

Emails

If you write to us, we use your email only to reply and keep the exchange no longer than necessary. We never sell or share it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. Write to contact@thailandvoyager.com.
