Thailand, from north to south
Over the years I have crossed the country in every direction: the temples and mountains of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pai and the Mae Hong Son loop, the old capitals of Ayutthaya and Sukhothai, the jungle of Khao Sok, and island after island on both coasts, from Koh Chang and Koh Kood in the east to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and Koh Samui in the Gulf, and Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Koh Lipe on the Andaman side.
Night trains, ferries in the monsoon swell, street food at 2 a.m., scooters on red-dirt roads: most of what you read on this site comes from those trips.
Why this guide exists
Every time I prepared a trip I ended up with twenty tabs open: an outdated blog here, a forum thread there, a booking site that only told half the story. Nothing brought everything together honestly: which coast gets rain in which month, how long a ferry really takes, what a day actually costs.
Building a complete guide became a necessity. Thailand Voyager is the tool I wish I had had: an interactive map, destination guides, practical guides and free planning tools, in English, French and German.
How I work
I combine first-hand experience with official sources (immigration, the Thai Meteorological Department, ferry operators, embassies), and I update pages when rules or prices change. I never invent a price or a review, and no one pays to be recommended.
If you spot something outdated, tell me: every page has a button to report it, and I correct quickly.
