My advice

What the numbers don't say about Bangkok

Bangkok is hot all year, and humidity matters more than the temperature. From November to February mornings are pleasant, which is the best time for walking between temples. From May to October a heavy storm often hits late in the afternoon and floods some streets for an hour: plan museums and malls for then, and use the river boats and the Skytrain rather than taxis.
