How it works

How to reach us and what to expect

  1. By email

Email is the only way to reach Thailand Voyager. No postal address or phone number is published, so use the buttons above or write directly to the address shown.

  2. Reply time

I usually reply within a few days. Corrections are checked against the page concerned, then fixed when the information is confirmed.

  3. What to include

The link of the page, what looks wrong, and if possible what you saw on the ground and when. The more precise the message, the faster the fix.

Professionals

Be featured on Thailand Voyager

Hotel, agency, school, restaurant, activity: if you work in Thailand, you can propose a collaboration. There are two ways to do it, and I answer every request.

A paid placement

Your business or service appears on a page of the site, with a short presentation, photos and a link to you. The placement is labelled as a partner. Once I know which page you have in mind, I send you a quote by email.

A service in exchange

You offer a night, an activity or a service, I try it in person and write about it on the site with my honest opinion, including what I liked less. The text goes live without your review.

After your message

I usually reply by email within a few days. Tell me the destination, what you are offering and your dates if they matter. The rate for a placement comes in my reply.

FAQ

Questions about contacting us

How long does it take to get an answer?

I usually reply within a few days. A message that includes the page and the exact detail concerned is much quicker to handle.

Can I call or write by post?

No phone number or postal address is published on the site. Email is the single channel, which keeps every message in one place.

How do I report outdated prices, timetables or entry rules?

Use the “Report outdated information” card. If you arrive from a page of the site, the link of that page is pre-filled in the email. Add what you saw locally and the date.

Can you plan or book my trip for me?

Thailand Voyager is a guide with free planning tools. Bookings are made on the partner sites linked from the pages. You can still write for a question about the content of a guide.

I have a partnership or collaboration idea. Who do I write to?

Use the “Any other message” card and describe your proposal in a few lines: who you are, what you offer and for which destination or topic.
